Obituary of Bernard Glassman

Bernard Glassman, age 72, died at his home in Warren on Friday August 17, 2012. Mr. Glassman was born and raised in Brooklyn NY and had moved to New Jersey thirty five years ago. In 2006, Mr. Glasssman moved to Warren. Mr. Glassman was sole owner of a MRI Center in Bronx NY. He had served in the Army reserves. Mr. Glassman loved taking trips to Atlantic City and was well known as a VIP of the Borgota Hotel and Casino. He enjoyed water sports especially boating and scuba diving. He valued spending time with his family and friends, making people laugh and having fun. He is survived by his loving wife Jacqueline Glassman; daughters, Paula Dispoto and her husband Gary, Joy Dahmen and her husband Bruce, Erin Rand and her husband Amir, Brooke Glassman and Samantha Fishbein; a brother Donald Glassman. He is also survived by five grandchildren; Jesse and Brett Dispoto, Zachary and Alex Dahmen and Sasha Rand. An open Visitation will be held on Sunday August 19, 2012 from 4-6 pm at Higgins Home for Funerals 752 Mountain Blvd. Watchung NJ 07069. Funeral services will be private.
