Obituary of Helen M. Pollock

Green Brook: Helen M. Pollock, age 78, died on Friday May 25, 2007 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy. Born in Jersey City, Mrs. Pollock had resided in Plainfield and Scotch Plains before moving to Green Brook seven years ago. Prior to retiring Mrs. Pollock worked as an office manager for Central NJ Cardiology in South Plainfield. Mrs. Pollock was a member of St. Marys Stony Hill R.C. Church in Watchung and a past member of Immaculate Heart of Mary R.C. Church in Scotch Plains. She is predeceased by her husband Joseph Pollock in 1989. Surviving are a son Joseph Pollock of Piscataway; a daughter Cheryl Whitehead of Green Brook, NJ and a grandson Garry Whitehead of Green Brook, NJ. Funeral services will be held at 10:45 am on Wednesday May 30, 2007 at Higgins Home for Funerals 752 Mountain Blvd. Watchung NJ 07069 followed by a 11:30 am funeral mass at St. Marys Stony Hill R.C. Church in Watchung. Interment will be at St. Gertrudes Cemetery in Colonia. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the funeral home.
