Obituary of Irving V. Brown

Irving Voruel Brown, Sr., age 73, died on Tuesday, November 22, 2011, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. Born in St. Andrews, Jamaica he has resided in Plainfield for the past 25 years. Mr. Brown was a self-employed Electrical Technician. He enjoyed walking; his work and was an electrical genius. Surviving is his wife Elizabeth (Morrison) Brown; his 14 children Sonia, Karen, Michael, Nadine, Carlene, Patrick, Mark, Gary, Irving, Bevon, Marlon, Angie, Richard and Patrice; his sisters and brothers Kathleen, Phyllis, Carlton and Lloyd. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 9th, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 209 West 8th Street, Plainfield, interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains.
