Obituary of Thomas Anthony Barone

Thomas Anthony Barone North Plainfield: Thomas A. Barone, age 74, passed away on Tuesday July 7th 2015 at the JFK Medical Center in Edison. Mr. Barone was born in Newark NJ and resided in Watchung before moving to North Plainfield in 1980. Mr. Barone began his career as the owner operator of TRB Trucking. He later went on to work for Urbano Trucking and most recently Denbar Construction in Kenilworth retiring ten years ago. Mr. Barone was an avid sports fan, he especially liked the NY Giants, NY Yankees and Nascar. He enjoyed going to the beach and boating but most of all he loved spending time with his loving family. He will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor and for putting a smile on everyone's face. He is survived by his wife of 41 years Jane Barone; a son Thomas Barone of Iselin, three daughters Amy Barone of Piscataway, Christine Barone and Tracy Barone both of North Plainfield, a brother Roland Barone of Kenilworth and a sister Nena Drake of Bonita Springs FL. He is also survived by five grandchildren Hiram Medina, Anthony and Ryan Brady, Brooke Lynn and Chloe Barone, along with several nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held on Friday July 10, 2015 at Higgins Home for Funerals 209 West 8th St. from 4-8 pm followed by a funeral service at 8pm at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
