Obituary of Isadora B. Hertzberg

Isadora B. Hertzberg, age 86, died on Tuesday September 8, 2015 at her home in Watchung. Born in Brooklyn NY, Mrs. Hertzberg had resided in Plainfield before moving to Watchung in 1981. Mrs. Hertzberg had worked as an English teacher for the New York City Board of Education. She was a playwright and had several of her plays performed on Off Broadway. She is survived by her husband Henry Hertzberg MD; a son Richard Hertzberg and his wife Linda; a daughter Lisa Long and her husband James. She is also survived by four granddaughters Rachel and Melissa Hertzberg and Elizabeth and Charlotte Long. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday September 11, 2015 at Higgins Home for Funerals 752 Mountain Blvd. Watchung NJ followed by the interment at Hebrew Cemetery of Samptown in South Plainfield NJ.
