Obituary of Kelly L. Pantone

Kelly L. Pantone, age 53, died on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at her home in Berkeley Heights surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Plainfield and grew up in North Plainfield and lived in Berkeley Heights since 1989. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and started on her Master's Degree in Elementary Education, also at Fairleigh Dickinson. Mrs. Pantone was the Director of Marketing and Membership for the Basking Ridge Country Club for 25 years. She enjoyed hiking, wine tasting, travel, taking cruises but most of all she loved being with her family and friends. Surviving are her husband, Robert Pantone; her son, Jesse Nelson and his wife, Ana of Davenport, FL; her daughter, Giuliana Pantone of Boston, MA; her mother, Catherine McKenna; her brothers, Thomas McKenna and Timothy McKenna and her sister, Ellen Hogrelius. A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th from 2 -4 & 7 – 9 pm at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung. Funeral services will begin on Monday at 9 am at the funeral home followed by a 10:00 am Funeral Mass at St. Joseph's R.C. Church in North Plainfield. Interment will be at St. Mary's Stony Hill Cemetery in Watchung.
