Obituary of Lois A. Lee

Lois Ann Lee South Plainfield: Lois Ann Lee, 59 of South Plainfield, NJ passed away at home on Thursday, March 31, 2016 following a six year battle with Alzheimer's. She was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, daughter of Robert (Deceased) and F. Lois Henderson. She was a 1975 graduate of South Plainfield High School and was employed at Muhlenberg Hospital for nearly ten years as a Laboratory Clerk. A stunning beauty, Lois' photograph was once entered in an amateur photography contest in Atlantic City in 1981 garnering a first prize for the photographer. She especially enjoyed Greek and Roman history, traveling to Greece and Italy multiple times and was a passionate fan of rock music all of her life. Lois was also a devoted mother and she is survived by her husband, Vincent Lee, two daughters; one Tiffiny (Lee) Bishop, her husband, Kevin and granddaughter, Alexa-Rai and one Brittany (Lee) Pope, her husband, Nicholas and granddaughter, Makayla, her mother, Lois (Florence) Henderson, as well as a brother Robert Henderson and Daniel Pfister. A visitation will be held on Sunday, April 3, 2016 from 2 to 6 pm at Higgins Home for Funerals, 209 West 8th Street, Plainfield. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 4th at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home followed by interment at Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains.
