Obituary of Bruce A Bilancia

Warren: Bruce A. Bilancia, age 63, passed away on Friday November 29, 2013. Born in Newark, Bruce grew up in Union and resided in Warren for the past 28 years. He graduated from Newark State College and had served in the United States Coast Guard. Bruce was employed by Avaya Technologies in Somerset, NJ as a Technical Engineer. He enjoyed spending summers at the Jersey Shore with his family. He was his daughters' biggest fan on and off the field. He also loved electronics, science fiction novels, traveling and golf. Bruce loved nothing more than his family and is survived by his loving wife Joann Bilancia; three daughters, Caitlin and her husband Ken Bayer Jr., Jaclyn and Ali Bilancia; his mother Laura Bilancia; brother Richard Bilancia and his wife Diane, and sister Cheryl and her husband Mark Gollihugh . Visitation will be held on Monday December 2, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Higgins Home for Funerals 752 Mountain Blvd. Watchung, NJ. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday at St. Vincent DePaul RC Church in Stirling, NJ followed by a cremation at Somerset Hills Memorial Park in Basking Ridge NJ.
