Obituary of Theresa Buczynski

Theresa Buczynski, age 87, died on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at Robert Wood Johnson at Somerset in Somerville. She was born in Irvington and had lived in Mountainside for 40 years before moving to Warren. Mrs. Buczynski owned a bridal shop. She was the matriarch of her family and was always thinking of others. She always had something for you if you if you came to visit. She loved to paint and do arts and crafts. She was a former Communicant of Our Lady of the Mount Church. Mrs. Buczynski is predeceased by her husband, Marty Buczynski. Surviving are her brother, Edward Smalla; her sister-in-law, Barbara Smalla; her nephew, Bernie and his wife, Meghan and their children, Madeline and Jakub; nephew Michael and her niece, Loretta. A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 13th from 10:30 to 11:30 am at Our Lady of the Mount Chapel followed by an 11:30 am Mass of Resurrection. Cremation will be private.
