Obituary of Beatrice Siegel

Beatrice Slobodin Siegel, age 92, died on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and had lived in Pluckemin, North Plainfield before moving to New Brunswick several years ago. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Siegel was a Claims Administrator for the Siegel Agency in North Plainfield. She was a former member of the United Orthodox Synagogue and Temple Beth El. Mrs. Siegel is predeceased by her husband, Samuel Siegel in 2001; her sons, Edward Siegel in 2006 and Ronald Siegel in 2012. Surviving are her son, David Siegel, 3 daughters-in-law, Eileen, Lori and Rita; 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 10, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung followed by interment at Hebrew Cemetery in South Plainfield.
