Obituary of Rosemari Casino

Rosemari (Deak) Casino, age 91, died on Sunday, March 9, 2014 at her home in Lakewood. Born in Perth Amboy, she resided in Watchung for many years before moving to Lakewood, she also enjoyed spending time at her home in Florida. Prior to retiring in 1987, Rosemari had worked for over 40 years with Merck & Co. in Rahway as an Administrative Assistant in the Research Division. In her spare time she was a member of many different social clubs and was a part of the Merck Retirees Group. Predeceased by her husband Joseph V. Casino in 2008. Surviving are many loving nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 14, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ, followed by a Mass of Resurrection at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Stony Hill Church in Watchung. Entombment will follow at St. Mary's Stony Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 13th from 2-4 & 7-9.
