Obituary of Susan Nicholson

Susan Nicholson, age 69, died on Tuesday September 9, 2014 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. Born in Plainfield Ms. Nicholson had resided in North Plainfield for most of her life before recently moving to Dunellen with her son Pete. Prior to her retirement in 2005 Ms. Nicholson worked as a bank manager for RSI Bank in Rahway NJ. She was an avid reader and enjoyed painting. Ms. Nicholson was Yankee fan, loved animals and spending her summers with her family in Cape Cod. She is survived by her children Tom, Pete and Amanda Nicholson; brother John Orloff and three grandchildren Jason, Camryn and Ryann. A visitation will be held on Thursday September 11, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Higgins Home for Funerals 209 West 8th St. Plainfield NJ. A funeral service will be held at 10 am at the funeral home on Friday. Cremation will be private.
