Obituary of Patricia Ann Del Duca

Patricia Ann Del Duca, a cherished soul whose life was a beautiful tapestry of love, faith, and family, has left an indelible mark on the hearts of those she touched, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2024. Born to Charles and Mary Clark, in Summit, New Jersey, Patricia was a lifelong resident of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, a place she deeply loved and called home.

Patricia's journey of love began in the corridors of her high school, where she met her future husband, Robert Del Duca. Despite living just a street apart, their paths crossed in a twist of fate that seemed destined by the stars. Their love story blossomed early and led them down the aisle in a celebration of love and commitment that would set the foundation for a beautiful life together.

Embracing the role of a homemaker, Patricia's world revolved around her family. She was the heart of the home, creating a warm and welcoming space where love, laughter, and the aroma of Sunday dinners filled the air. Her pasta with sauce became more than just a meal; it was a symbol of her love and care, bringing her children and grandchildren together in cherished moments that will forever be remembered.

Patricia's zest for life was infectious. A social butterfly with a bright smile, she found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Her love for shopping, dancing, and the beach reflected her vibrant spirit and love for life. The Jersey Shore held a special place in her heart, a sanctuary of sand and sea where she found peace and joy.

Above all, Patricia's faith in Christ was the cornerstone of her life. Her Christian beliefs guided her in every step, imbuing her actions with kindness, grace, and compassion. It was her faith that shone brightly, inspiring those around her to embrace love and kindness in their own lives.

Predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert Del Duca, in 2018, her cherished son, Robert Charles Del Duca, and her sister, Diane Gerow, Patricia's legacy lives on through her loving daughters, Deborah, Doreen, and Robyn, her sister, Gail Romano and her husband, Richard, and her six adored grandchildren, Amanda Stamler, David Falk and his fiancée Janine, Jessica Brigante and her husband Matthew, Michael Falk and his wife Christina, Marissa Stamler, and Samantha Liberato.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Higgins Home For Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ. A 12 p.m. service will commence immediately after the visitation. Patricia will be laid to rest at St. Mary's Stony-Hill Cemetery in Watchung, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Evangel Church, 1251 Terrill Rd, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076, in honor of Patricia's unwavering faith and dedication to her Christian beliefs.

Patricia Ann Del Duca was a beacon of love, a pillar of strength, and a testament to the enduring power of faith. Her legacy of love, warmth, and compassion will forever illuminate the lives of those she touched. We celebrate her life, cherish her memories, and find comfort in the knowledge that her spirit lives on in the hearts of her beloved family and friends.
