Obituary of Kathryn Meyer

Loving Mother, Grandmother, Great and Great-Great Grandmother Mrs. Kathryn A. (Bostick) Meyer, age 92, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at home. Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Meyer lived in Watchung and North Plainfield before moving to Ship Bottom, NJ 20 years ago. She was a homemaker who lived life to its fullest - she enjoyed the beach, boating, volunteering and spending time with friends and family. Mrs. Meyer is predeceased by her adoring husband Peter C. Meyer, Jr. in 1985. She is survived and will be deeply missed by her two devoted daughters, Cheryl Meyer and Barbara Amato of North Plainfield; three grandchildren Stacey McDowell of North Plainfield, Laurie (Ken) Newsome of Martinsville and Peter (Laura) McDowell of Clinton; three great-grandchildren, Jacquelyn and Christopher McDowell and Karley Newsome; one great-great granddaughter Ariana McDowell. She also leaves behind many other caring relatives and friends. Services are private.
