Obituary of Charles S. Hynes

Charles S. Hynes, age 55, of Plainfield died Sunday, May 25, 2003 at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in Plainfield. Mr. Hynes was born January 21, 1948 in Brooklyn, NY the son of Madeline (Silva) Hynes and the late Dennis Hynes (1982). He served in the Navy from 1965 to 1966 during the Vietnam war. He was employed by the Lyons VA Medical Center, Lyons, NJ as a Clerk in their payroll department. He is survived by his mother, Madeline Silva Hynes of South River; his brother William Hynes of Staten Island, NY; five sisters, Sharon Boniello of Long Island, NY, Kathleen Hynes-Casey of Flemington, NJ, Geraldine Pines of Fairlawn, NJ, Jacqueline Interdonato of Parlin, NJ and Teresa Bowman of Montana. Fifteen nieces and nephews and one great-nephew. The funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th at 8:30 am at Higgins "Home For Funerals", 209 West 8th Street, Plainfield. The interment will be in the Brigadier General Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Road, Wrightstown. Visitaion will be held on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the funeral home.
