Obituary of Henry K. Mueller
Henry K. "Hank" Mueller, age 84, died on Monday, November 16, 2015 surrounded by his loving family at his home in Warren. Hank was born and raised on a dairy farm in Westfield (Mueller's Dairy Farm).
Mr. Mueller served in the United States Navy from 1951 to 1955 during the Korean Conflict.
Prior to his retirement in 1988, he was a service technician for Bell Atlantic in Bridgewater for 33 years.
Mr. Mueller was a member of the Union Village United Methodist Church in Berkeley Heights.
He enjoyed gardening, family vacations at Wildwood and Ft. Myers, FL and he was an avid Mets fan. Hank always loved being with family and friends.
Mr. Mueller is survived by his wife of 60 years whom he met in high school, Caroline (Grander) Mueller; his children, Jeff Mueller and his wife, Michele, Lisa Jahn and her husband, Rick, Nancy Tighe and her husband, Danny and Gary Mueller and his wife, Debra; his brother Bill Mueller and his wife, Connie; his grandchildren, Nick, TJ, Kristen, Katie, Scott, Matt, Brian, Alison, Kristina and Stephanie and a great-grandson, Lucas.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 20th at 11:00 am at the Union Village United Methodist Church, Mountain Avenue, Berkeley Heights. Arrangements are under the direction of Higgins Home for Funerals, Watchung.
